Rhythms of Life was founded by Andrew Faris in May 2008.
Andrew was homeless in London for five and a half years. His time on the city’s streets ‘felt like a lifetime’, and he vowed to dedicate the rest of his life to helping the homeless and the vulnerable. ‘I have always strived to help others in a way that I needed help myself.’
Rhythms of life served the first meal in May 2008. Without any regular funding, we have learnt to work with what we have and relying on volunteers and generosity. Following Andrew’s persistent character, we have been able to give a helping hand to hundreds of people for over 7 years.
