Rhythms of Life in its mission to help the homeless receives the help of several organizations which help disadvantaged people. This help is crucial to our charity to continue providing support to homeless people.
This is a list of our current partners :
- Thames Reach : the Greenhouse Walk-in is a health, housing and welfare advice centre for homeless and vulnerable people in Hackney. The service consists of a partnership between Thames Reach and the City & Hackney Primary Care Trust. The service provides accessible primary healthcare for all homeless and vulnerable people and fully integrates this with housing and welfare support.
- London Street Rescue : London Street Rescue helps rough sleepers off the streets and into accomodation.
- National Health Service (NHS) : NHS Choices is a comprehensive information service that helps to be in control of one's healthcare. The service is intended to help making choices about one's health, from lifestyle decisions about things like smoking, drinking and exercise, through to the practical aspects of finding and using NHS services in England when needed.
Everyday, all of these partners allow Rhythms of Life to help the homeless by distributing food, providing clothes, giving them assistance to reintegrate into society.
